Shipping?
WHEN WILL IT BE SHIPPED?
All of our jewellery is handcrafted in our workshop. The preparation time for each product can be found on the product page. Some items will be shipped within 3-4 business days, while others are made to order and may take up to 8 weeks to be completed. However this will be aimed to be completed ASAP.
If you need a piece sooner than the time listed on the product page, please contact us at kpeara@kpeara.com before placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
WHAT KINDA PACKAGING?
All orders come packaged in a small leather bag, along with an anti-tarnish cloth and a membrane box (if you are purchasing a ring).
We also include a care card with every order.
WORLD WIDE SHIPPING?
Yes, we do international shipping! Our products are available to customers from many different countries. Whether you are located in a big city or a small town, we can deliver our products to you. Please contact us for more information about shipping rates and delivery times.
Returns & Exchange
DO YOU OFFER RETURNS / EXCHANGES?
Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges on worn or damaged merchandise. Shipping costs are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for the shipping of all returns and exchanges. We will cover the cost of shipping the exchanged item back to you. For your protection, we recommend using a shipping carrier that provides tracking. kpéara is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Thank you for shopping with us!
